FX Unit

The FX Unit is built into a 1:1 scale replica of the power supply unit that sits behind the Drive Circuit in the BTTF DeLorean.

Please note that there is a current four-week waiting time for this replica.

The unit runs on 12Vdc and can be connected to your car battery supply.

The FX unit contains a 4-channel self-contained 24 watt amplified sound board, that when triggered produces four of the famous sounds that were made during the movie. For example: Turn the Drive Circuit handle to on and hear the Drive Circuits come to life or push the red mushroom cap swtch and hear the sound of the engine starting.

Also if you wire your door to the FX Unit, everytime you open the door you will hear the electronic swish sound as it rises.

One more feature is the sound of expelling smoke from the engine. If you were to connect a smoke/fog machine to your car, you could hear the sound of the smoke as it is released.

Some relays maybe required for some effects to take place that are not included with this auction. Some wiring is required which we can advise on.

This unit is intended to work with the Drive Circuit and we do not recommend you purchase this unit unless you also purchase the Drive Circuit.
